IBIS headquarters is divided in two main departments; IBIS north and IBIS south.

North department
The North department interventions are based on three core types of action, applied to achieve the objectives:

Awareness raising
Awareness raising among specific Danish target groups and in the general public, based on the understanding that public knowledge creates public support which lay the foundation for political will, that will lead to political action in favour of IBIS’ objectives

Advocacy
Advocacy directed at Danish decision-makers intending to create political will and action in favour of IBIS’ objectives

Fundraising
Fundraising, that increase IBIS’ opportunities to render support in the south programmes to achieve the objectives of the domains.

The three are to varying degrees applied in the annual campaign Education for All. At the same time, the activities of the IBIS members, IBIS media and fundraising activities, plus targeted lobby activities have contributed to the results of the above domains.
